AGM September 2025

The British Pig Association Annual General Meeting will be held on Tuesday 30th September 2025 at 11am. The meeting will be held at Farmers Club, Whitehall Court, London, SW1A 2EL

The physical meeting will be restricted but members will also be able to join the meeting online. Members will need to register for the physical or online meetings and invitations will be issued. Please do not attend the physical meeting if you have not received a confirmation invitation. If you would like to attend the physical meeting at Farmers Club, London please send an email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. requesting a place by 10am on Thursday 25th September. If we are unable to offer you a place at the meeting you will automatically be invited to attend online. In the event that the meeting is oversubscribed attendees will be prioritised as follows: Officers, elected representatives and specific guests will be allocated a place after which the remaining spaces will be allocated to ensure a balance of breeds, regions and membership types. 

Registration to attend the Annual General Meeting of the British Pig Association by video conference is now open. The Annual General Meeting is open to members of the Association only. Registration is required and following registration you will receive an invitation specific to you. It cannot be shared. Please use this link to register in advance for the online meeting. On the day of the meeting please ensure that you use the unique link that will be sent to you once your registration has been confirmed. Do not try to use the link below or any of the links published on social media or the BPA website. These links are only for registration.

Voting for the resolutions on the agenda for this year’s Annual General Meeting will be carried out on line as it was last year. In order to avoid any possible complications with duplicate voting we are asking all members to vote online in advance of the meeting. You will only be able to vote once from any one device but households with more than one member can use multiple devices to vote e.g computer, phone, tablet etc.

This link will take you to our AGM voting site. You will be asked to enter your HDL letters or Membership number and also your unique voting code as sent to you via email. You must enter both in order to be able to vote on the various resolutions. You do have to vote on all the resolutions and but you have the option to abstain or leave your vote in the hands of the person chairing the meeting. This would normally be the Association’s President. Voting will close at 12 noon on Thursday 25th September . 

Unfortunately as this is a hybrid meeting we may not be able to take questions from those attending on-line during the meeting. To help us deal with any questions efficiently please submit them  in advance  to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.  by 10am Monday 22nd September. Please label your email AGM question and include your name and HDL or Membership Number. We will attempt to answer all questions relevant to the agenda items during the meeting and if this is not possible a Q&A document will be produced after the meeting.
