Exciting New Pork Competition

At the English Winter Fair taking place at Stafford County showground on the 18th and 19th November, we are launching a brand new competition.

On Sunday 19th November the English Winter Fair is hosting a new competition that is based on the products that can be made from pork instead of just the pork cuts. This is a chance to showcase what you do with your pork and compete against others, not just to see how you do but also to see what others do. The Entry form is attached and all entries need to be paid in cash on the day of the competition.  

 The classes that can be entered are:

• Pork Speciality Sausage,
• Home cured bacon, 
• Home-made black pudding, 
• Sausage roll, 
• Speciality sausage roll, 
• Traditional pork pie, Scotch egg
