Update on the Trumpington Office

Many members will have spoken to or corresponded with our Pedigree Records Administrator Diane Stanford.

Unfortunately Diane is dealing with some health issues and so she is on sick leave. We look forward to welcoming her back once she is able to return to work.

In the meantime Grassroots Systems Ltd will be handling our pedigree recording. Birth notes, registrations and transfers will continue to be processed in the same way with a next working day turn around in most cases.  They will be taking phone calls on the pedigree help line from 9.00 to 12.00 Monday to Friday and will handle enquires on This email address is being protected from spambots. Please note that we will no longer be taking payments over the phone. Most payments that are not collected by Direct Debit can now be made through Pedigree Services or via BACS.

Please remember that our policy on pedigree errors means that any changes have to be confirmed in writing so if you want to change the sex of a birth notified pig or resurrect a pig please put your request in an email with details of the pigs ear number and your HDL and the breed.
